"What Experience Do You Have?"
I have over 15 years of writing experience on a freelance and in-house basis to fulfill my clients' and
employers' needs. I have taught composition and communication courses at the University of Illinois,
local community colleges, and the prestigious Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

My teaching experience gives me an edge over other writers that you may encounter. My ability to
communicate orally is outstanding. As such, during the collaboration process your valuable time is
not wasted. There is no need to explain yourself ten times over and you will have little, if any,
problem understanding what I am communicating.

I have a B.A. and a M.A. in English with a Specialization in the Teaching of English, a subfield of
English – Language, Literacy and Rhetoric. What does all that mean to you? It means: I Know My
English. Writing, persuading, convincing and educating is what I do best and I do it all within the
confines of oral and written communications. Additionally, I have studied under Master Canadian
Copywriter Shaune Clark and studied the AWAI (American Writer's and Artists Institute) course for
copywriters.

“What Are Your Fees?”
COPYWRITING/CONSULTATION SERVICES: Call, email or use my contact page to let me know
what you have in mind and I’ll quote you a price.

EDITING SERVICES: Call, email or use my contact page to let me know what you need and I’ll quote
you how long I think it will take. Editing services are charged by the hour with a two hour minimum.

TRAINING: I have several courses designed to help you and your employees take their
communication and marketing skills to the next level. I can also customize or develop any
communication course for your company's specific needs.

“How Long Will My Project Take?”
In reality, this depends on the project. Some tasks can be completed in a week, while others may
take a month. Projects vary in complexity and this will affect the amount of time needed to go from
conception to completion.

If you have a specific deadline, let me know and I will determine if i can meet it based on my current
commitments. Whatever your deadline, if I take the assignment you will have it by that date and your
copy will be nothing short of exceptional.

To guarantee my availability every month, you may decide to take advantage of my retainer program.
When on retainer, you get a certain amount of hours dedicated to your company every month. This
gives you peace of mind knowing that your projects will always get done when you need them to.


“Do You Do Revisions?”
There is no charge for revisions as long as they do not reflect a change in the scope of the
assignment as it was originally presented to and accepted by me. Simply submit your revision
requests via email, fax or mail within 30 days of the original deadline. Revisions will be made and
returned to you promptly -- within five business days.


“How Do I Hire You?”
It’s easy! Call or email me now to discuss your project. After receiving a 50% retainer for my time,
you'll send me any company literature or other information that may be useful to me as I write your
copy. The you just sit back and relax.

If I have any questions, then I will contact you. Of course, you can contact me at any time if you have
questions regarding the status of your project.
